Can I print charts from Mind2Chart?

You surely can print both chart and plan itself. You should use printing options. If you can't see them on the Mind2Chart Control Pane than you should download the new version .

Can Mind2Chart plan be exported to MS Project?

Yes, it can be. Mind2Chart operates only with information that is visible and editable within MindManager® interface, so it supports all features provided by MM 7.

To export your plan to MS Project select in Main Menu Export/ Export to Microsoft Project. All data will be delivered and corresponding chart will be built.

When I click "Try" button on the trial dialog, I get the Error message and Mind2Chart is not working. What should I do?

Most probably this is due to the fact you have incompatible version of MindManager. We support English versions 7.0.429 and up, French and German versions after 7.0.470. In case you have the build 7.0.470 and unable to upgrade, you need to replace the Mindmanager config file with one available by link, restart MindManager and either reinstall Mind2Chart, or enable add-in on the "MindManager options/Add-ins" pane.

How can I buy Mind2Chart?

You have two opportunities:

1. Buy our add-in at once. Visit Try&Buy page , read License Agreement and accept its terms. By clicking corresponding button I will go to the order form.

2. Try our add-in with 14 days free trial . There is Buy Now button inside the add-in that will guide you to the order form.

I bought Mind2Chart but did not receive the registration key. What should I do?

We're using the software activation system called "Software passport" and usually customers do not need to enter the license key manually.

There are two ways for customers to make a purchase of a product protected by SoftwarePassport in RegNow: Trialware purchase and Direct purchase.

If the customer purchased through the trial (limited) version, on the final thank-you page of the order he will see a red Click Here to Activate link. Once they click that link, the license key will automatically inject.

Once the user has completed the Direct purchase and installed the version downloaded with link provided, the protected program contacts the Digital River Activation Server, requests a key, and the license key is automatically generated and injected into the program.

This means the user never sees the key, nor does he have to take the additional step to find the key, copy it, and paste it into the application.

In case you are unable to activate product automatically for some reasons, please send your Hardware Fingerprint key from Mind2Chart registration dialog to the following email: This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it and we will send you your registration key through RegNow activation system.
